How to create a Slendytubbies 3 server for PC and Android (Why Sean doesn't want to fix his servers lol)

If for some reason you want to do some cooperative speedrunning, and Sean's official servers are down, I'll leave you a guide on how to create private servers.

*Two clarifications: if any part of the guide is confusing or poorly written, or if you’re simply having trouble creating servers, you can contact me directly. The other clarification is that I have no idea whether the mod works with the mobile versions, and I honestly can’t help you if you need help with the mobile versions.*

*However, I do have a method that allows crossplay between mobile phones and PC, or between two mobile phones, so they can play online. This method uses an older version of the game, which includes more RNG in the porridges and fewer maps (but it’s still possible to get WRs on these versions), and there’s also a possible virus risk—consider yourself warned lol*

# First method

*This first method is for the most up-to-date versions and, as far as I know, it’s only available for PC. If you want to make it work on Android, you’ll have to figure it out yourself, but later on there is a method for Android and PC*

1. You will need to have some files to create the server which I will leave here:

2. Having the .rar and having the necessary programs, they need to be in the game folder and move the files from the .rar to the game folder.

After uploading the files, open the game and a console should appear, then the mod will open, and then the game will open as usual.

After being in the game menu, a tab should appear at the top, if it doesn't appear press the P key

3. Now you will have to create the server, you will have to use a page to do this:

You will simply have to create an account before you can make the server, it is quite simple

Now you will have to create the server, leave the default options, just add any name to the server

*Make sure that the **"Multiplayer Game"** and **"Realtime"** options are selected.*

After creating it, you will simply have to copy the ID that appears above the name of your server.

4. Now, you must enter the game, and in the mod tab, enter the ID that you copied previously and click on the button that has no text.

Ready, now in theory a server called "Custom Server" should appear and there you can create your games without problems.

5. Now, the way for the second player to join the server you created, he will have to do the same steps as before, obviously except creating the server.

# Second method

*This second method is similar; the only difference is that you won’t have to install any mod, meaning you won’t need to do steps 1 and 2 of the first method. You’ll only need to do the third one (the one that creates the game)*

*And to clarify again the disadvantages (or advantages, if you want to look at it that way) of these older versions: first, in most of the maps, the custards have RNG, meaning they almost never stay in the same place each game. So if you want a good time, you’ll have to rely on some luck with your spawn and the spawn of the porridges. (In very rare cases, this could actually help you get a better time, but it happens so rarely that it’s usually better not to switch versions if you’re on PC and playing alone or with another PC player. However, if you’re on mobile or playing with someone on mobile—or both—then you don’t really have a choice.)*

*Another obvious thing is that there will be fewer maps to play. More specifically, in Survival mode, the weapon controls feel different (WORSE IN MY EXPERIENCE), though maybe you’ll feel differently.*

*Other changes: some objects may or may not have collision. What I mean is that some things will be solid or non-passable, while others you can pass through. In some cases, this doesn’t benefit you at all, and I haven’t seen any that actually give an advantage*

1*.* The first step is to install the indicated version

***I CLARIFY FOR THE SECOND TIME: I have no idea if these versions contain anything besides the game, like malicious code or anything similar. In my experience, nothing has happened, but in an unfortunate case, it could happen to you. So use this method only if you really want to do a speedrun with someone on mobile, or if you genuinely want to use an older version of the game***

When installing the version, you simply open the game. The icon and menu will be different, but that’s because it’s an older version, so it works practically the same

2. Step two is to go back in this guide, specifically to the first method, and do only step three—that is, create the server where we’re going to play. This means creating an account, configuring the server, and obtaining the ID

3. Now, step 3 is to enter the ID. This step will be simpler than in method one, since you won’t have to open any weird menus. It will be just like joining the usual servers, the only difference is that a different menu will appear

And that’s it! You’ll have the list of current games. Since it’s a private server, there obviously won’t be any, so you can create them publicly and no one will join—unless you share the ID and someone else enters. On mobile, it’s practically the same, so don’t worry—just have the ID copied and paste it
