I updated the rules for Any%.

Most notably the previous rules required the game be played on Easy, this is no longer a requirement. In addition to that, the category has changed to "Any% No import" to indicate that the use of glitches to import save files from other campaigns/games is not allowed.

Time without loads will also no longer be counted.

The game must be played on the current version, as a lot of glitches were gotten rid of when this game was separated from Dragonfall.
