How come Custom Chaos Spear is the only allowed mod for PC runs when there are plenty of popular visual and audio mods that don’t affect gameplay? The ones I can think of off the top of my head are Essential Shadow Enhancements, Chaos Control Color Swaps, Shadow Generations: Visual Overhaul, and the recent Music Attentuation. I don’t see any good reason why Custom Chaos Spear is the only one that makes the list.
