I run RGB scart cables sync on luma through a scart splitter to OSSC to cheapo 4k USB dongle to PC to streamlabs and I need a new capture device that can handle the Silent Hill 240p to 480i menu change, have any of you guys got recommendations? It has to play well with OSSC mind you
