Is it okay to use Dolphin emulator to play the game if the emulator is identifiable?

Only these emulators are allowed: Kega Fusion, Genesis Plus GX and RetroArch (Genesis Plus GX Core). I don't think using Gems Collection through Dolphin is allowed.

Sorry for late reply. As stated in the rules, the only emulators allowed are Fusion(showing FPS counter or Fusion window layout) and Retroarch(using GPGX, with core identifiable in run submissions).
