Hello everyone,

Due to the new glitch in 5-? that allows you to clear the level while in a cutscene, it doesn't make normal timing rules possible due to the cats not being on camera when you beat the level.

This normally wouldn't be a issue because of IGT being used for most levels. But since this is a secret level, IGT is not used and RTA is needed to speedrun the secret levels.

Because of this, the rules have been updated to add another end time frame in the case of a level being cleared without the camera on the cat.
