Route for Any% (1.7.0-1.9.10) (beginners)

Route for Any% (10.0.0+) (beginners)

Hello! Professor Speedy here! Today I'm bringing you a beginner's guide to any%! So, without further ado, let's get to the tutorial.

First, let's learn a little about how to skip dialogues faster: if you have a controller, you press 2 buttons at the same time, but if you don't, You place two fingers in the upper right corner of the screen and press, alternating fingers for speed, and in the hub, you can restart at certain points to save time.

Now, we will learn the bear's skills: in the other guides, you can learn the bear's skills, but one skill that is very important is the belly stomp; You have to jump, press and hold B, and then release it when you're very close to the ground; this will give you a slightly higher jump, and it will help a lot.

Now let's talk a little about long jumps and dives: the long jump is better for straight paths because it's faster, and the dive is for longer jumps.

And you'll learn the rest in my any% guide video, which is right below:

Route for Dr Christopher

Hello! Professor Speedy here again, and this time, we're going to learn Dr. Christopher's route!

To begin, let's learn a little about the turtle jump: you go to the spring with a long jump and a dive, and then, dive at exact moment When you're near the turtle, you'll get a really good and quick boost, and, taking advantage of the high jump, jump onto the tree and do 3 long jumps to reach the minigame.

Now, in this part of the minigame, we need to press at the perfect moment. I highly recommend that you press when you're almost touching the lever, so the ball will fall directly into the Key, and after doing the ball trick, stay very close to the wall when you go to save the bear, because I think the key reaches you faster that way, and when the key arrives, you quickly press B.

And if you want more details, I have a record of 10.04 on Dr. Christopher, so watch Run to better understand what I'm talking about here.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rdjriy3oAbo

Route for the Turtle Golem (1.1.0-1.5.1)

The Turtle Golem is the boss of Turtle Village. The boss fights consists of him charging and bouncing off walls and you hitting him when he is stunned.
After the opening cutscene finishes, jump to the left or right to minimize the distance he travels. Immediately punch him. Jump to the side, at an angle where he can travel without hitting a pillar directly next to him. If he is at an angle where he would hit a pillar he goes across the map instead, wasting a lot of time. Jump over him as he approaches you so you don't take damage and go to the location where he will be stunned for the second time. It's possible for him to go a third time, but if you're going for WR this would be a reset point. Repeat for the third cycle, collecting 1 or 2 coins along the way (you may also need to get one in cycle 2) so you don't die. This time he will usually move 3 or 4 times. Hit him as quickly as possible. You will be launched backwards into the centre. Stay directly in the centre so you can quicly pick up the key. When the line to the cage appears long jump in that direction, do a quick double jump onto the shell, followed by a double jump towards the cage. Punch the cage as quickly as possible.
