Note to Moderation: Splits became a bit innacurate in the video at Wing Fortress, submitted IGT is a recalculation. Also, RTA timer is pure RTA.
Coming back to Sonic 2 to de-rust for tackling it and three other games in a row. Went rather well... until WF and DE. Oh well, at least I know what needs the most work now.
