Gameplay begins at 0:15, and Ligar is defeated at 9:45. The game was completed using FCEUX ver. 2.6.4 on Mac using a PS4 controller. No audio is available.

Note to self: If I stopped farming the shadows earlier at 8:41 instead of 9:08, that could've been a 27 second time save.
