Solo Categories for all Dungeons with and without pet.

Can a report button be added, because the current LH cult solo+pet WR run uses consumables even though its in the no consumables category

@Lingo Categories for each dungeon can be found under the "Level Leaderboard" section on the sidebar

@anoobnoob we are currently re-organizing categories and rules, once those are set we will move everything to the correct categories.
