Fps unlocker is an external program that can be used to remove the limit that is on FPS. SHould it be allowed in speedruns?

Since roblox now allows you to switch your fps cap between 60 and 240, are we allowed to change our fps cap in the middle of a run?

I don't see why it would be beneficial to do so. Maybe it should be allowed, but presume it to be not allowed unless we later state otherwise.
