Is it ok if I use a controller in my speedruns?
Yes, unless the controller has some kind of programming to automate certain movements that drastically affects the game (which i highly doubt lol) it should be perfectly fine. This game is also on Xbox One, after all.
I don't see why you wouldn't use the keyboard and mouse, personally, but if you feel more comfortable on controller then go for it! :)
