Just curious what the reasoning there is - it seems odd for them to be excluded when you're not expected to start All Cups from a fresh file, so you don't need to get emerald on Phantom or Skate for them in the run. Is there a particular reason they're excluded? (I can't pretend I would be unhappy to skip Recycle B, but it seems odd to exclude it regardless.)
