Updates to the leaderboard, according to RJR rules

Hello,
To the game rules being accorded with Rayman Jungle Run, I've made some changes to this leaderboard:
- I've added "Game Rules" and removed detailed rules in "Category rules".
- Timing rules are now the same as Rayman Jungle Run.
- I've disabled IGT because it was used only for ILs and can be replaced by Real Time.
- Video proof is now required for ILs as it's possible to edit save file and put any Best Score you want.
- I've added download links for Windows in the "Resources" tab, as Ubisoft deleted the game from the Microsoft Store.
