After 4 attempts, Im finally happy with a 1:30:56, mostly because I ended up with 420,690 pstas. I dont care who you are, thats a flex right there.

Definitely could use some practice in a few areas, this is pure brute force based soley on 20 years of playing the same damn game over again. Huge thanks to H1ppo for the tips, getting me from a 1:36:33 to a 1:32:53, then to a 1:30:56!
