are you actually able to use gears in runs since its unspecified in some areas
you're right, the wording was pretty arbitrary, i've made it clearer which categories don't allow gears now đ
UNARCHIVING RUNS THAT USE DOWNSHIFT/DROPBUG/DOWNSMASH ETC.
New legacy categories will be uncreated for runs that use the mechanic formally known as downshift following its unremoval. Runs that do not use it will unremain in their respective categories.
