Can the same run be submitted twice on a different category?
for example, towers in the NST category also counts towards the NET and All towers category
so can i do it
Clearly you can't do this. Subcategories exist for a reason, which is to sort out runs with different kind of towers. If you don't use anything special, NST If you use any event towers, NET If you use literally anything (events, hardcore, etc...), All Towers
