Glitchless Guide

When you spawn in Playtime's over you are on a ship with a cannon near by.

 Equip Flintlock
When the first movement key is pressed time starts so get ready
Jump the gap and jump in the cannon
Use your Flintlock to kill the 1st robot while walking away
Double jump on the rock wall then climb up it
Run to the target and either double jump or jump on the robot's head to then get close enough to shoot the target with your Flintlock
Jump off the raised platform and run across the bridge to the next cannon (If you want to be safe kill the flying robot with your Flintlock)
jump in the cannon using one jump (using 2 might make the launch too short)
When you are at the 2 boats while running to the target kill the first robot you see
Shoot the target and jump the gap on the the bridge
Shoot the robot that is ahead of you then go to the stairs and kill the 3rd robot on the 2nd floor

Go to the front of the cannon and walk into it
when you are on the island shoot the robot you see on the beach while walking away
Double jump up the island while killing the robots
When all are dead jump once into the cannon
While you are in mid-air move yourself so you are on the higher section of land
Run up to the stairs and the fort kill the robot at the bottom and use a peg sticking out of the ground to line yourself up to skip a step by double jumping
kill the remaining robots and hit the target go to the right of the cannon and walk into the cannon in mid-air jump at a precise time to get on the upper island
Shoot the target and go across the bridge jump off the edge of the island over water to skip 2~ platforms
Go the the final boss by following the platforms
Shoot the boss while walking to it
Click fast with cutlass next to the boss until it dies
*This is a general idea of what the run is, will update if new skips are found*
