Gen913 has the record under any% while they are completing a 100% completion run.

From what I can tell, an any percent will be much different as the player will not be stopping as much to capture emeralds as a 100% run, as well as there being an entire bonus world of four levels and a boss to play through.

Does anyone know how we would go about getting that second category created?
