I've recently got into game speedrunning. Specifically PS3 games, ones that aren't too popular and games like these. Is this game worth running? Is there any strategies I should take note of and what's the best way to play it? I have a PS3, I have the disc and I have a capable enough PC (a 5080 and an i7-14700F) to run RPCS3 very smoothly without any issues that could affect a run. I understand running the game at only 30 frames is allowed but still not sure whether to speedrun on the PS3 or on an emulator.

matter of opinion. does it look fun? do you like hard games even on the easiest difficulty? then sure why not. you'll never know if you don't try

i'm not sure how to answer the strategies part because i'm not sure what is of note to you, though I can say we split NMS and any% for a reason, but the best way to play is digitally on a superslim (CECH 40k) or slim (CECH 20k/25k/30k) ps3 running off an SSD for a physical console, where the game is very stable. PC is just RPCS3 but ymmv since it can easily crash on you depending on your build.
