messy execution (i should've avoided begoniax's toad-ing but i kinda suck at dodging in this game, but ill grind it out xP), also need to learn the skip strats people are able to do in this game

Load Removed Times are here for PC
The PC leaderboards now have an extra column for load removed times.
We've seen difference in load times of up to 30 seconds between runners over the course of a full run, so this change will make the leaderboards more fair.
