Sounds good on paper, but when you think about it, it's not something challenging to ran. I did my own category that is also an achievement; that is Last Mower Standing.
A leaderboard for that already exists automatically on mobile iirc.
I mean like, some of the categories like Vasebreaker Endless; time ends when you reached 15th Wave, just like the achievement.
perhaps time it takes to beat each world? (if so, maybe on adventure I mode instead of adventure II)
With the current free mobile app being bombarded with ads and locking features like mowers behind a paywall, it's not a great port for speedruns at all. It's preferable to use an APK of the older Android release instead, which was unlisted from Google Play in 2017 and has none of the annoyances.
