Changing Timing Rule for IGL's
Hello runners!
Although leaderboards are quite inactive, I thought I'd like to make an adjustment to the IGL timing. The current form of constant retiming to RTA is very inaccessible to newer players just seeing how their times compare. From now on, IGL's will be placed according to **In Game Time
