i was singing a song while speedrunning and i dont want yall to hear that so is audio required?

The rules do NOT state that audio is required, however, it may be required for runs 'claiming' to be in the top 10 as audio is a clear indicator for splicing and other forms of cheating, especially with visual audio software.
So if you plan to upload a run that could challenge the current top 10 runs, please include audio even if you have singing or speech over the top.
I wanted to give all you lovely runners a quick PSA on what platforms we will be accepting runs from now on. Until now, our requirements have been fairly lax, with the only thing that the video needs to be hosted on a site where it does not get removed after a period of time. Howe
