Is there any actual difference between Inbounds Freeze Death% and NMS Freeze Death%? As far as I know, there aren't any Inbounds-specific skips before the first freeze.
There is difference because you can do box strat which is a major skip (in reality GOOD made box strat save only a couple of seconds but it is recognized as a major skip)
