is it true that console runs use time with loads included while pc runs use the autosplitter to remove load times, and yet both are kept on the same leaderboard? so console runs will always be 2-4 minutes slower and console times can vary based on load times? shouldn't console runs be retimed with loads removed?

yes. as you cannot easily remove load times on console they should really be separate. There are so few runners I don't think there is much appetite from the moderators to change it. You should run anyway. The more console runners will help to split the records
