A Trauma run isn't so much different from a Daydream run.

Enemies hit a lot harder, fall damage is extreme and bosses have their full health.

I've found a skip for the Haunted City mid-level boss, which needs me to go a specific way at the end of the level to not crash the game on the next map loading.
