Hey guys, i am looking into running alternate Pokemon in Platinum with Garadoss as my main. To accomplish a good and consistent run, i need to catch a LV 12+ Magicarp before the first badge, which should be possible on Route 2018. But i waste way to much time there on chancing the magicarp. Can anyoone help me to manip the magicarps level to make the run somewhat reliable.
