I have made it so that the IGT is back but it has improved to perfection. and it now stops at the right moment instead of keeping on going. IGT could maybe even be better than RTA now

I added a better IGT to the IGT mod that has all of the digits and is accurate to RTA, this is in all of the games, I hope this helps some of the times
