Is there any way to do the glitch where time progresses while in menus on Xbox?

I believe so, but it's a little slower on a game controller. You can just go towards the 3x speed button while the first pop up appears using the controller (or a hotkey if you have a keyboard plugged in) and then navigate to the menu and done. This pairs well with the "Metabolic Hijack" genetic code for instant DNA while inside the menu. Hope this helps!
