Is money at the shrine totally Random or is there a manip possible? Thanks!

Shrine is not random. its frame based when you talk with it. it can be manipped on emulator and PS2 easier to find the seed you are on during the game (time wise when you booted up the game etc.) but on PS3 we dont know yet exactly how to do that (afaik atleast same with P4)
