Heyo! I got a new speedrun category that I think would be fun. What's Happening%!

Context: There are a few Reaper voicelines when he says "hello". Things such as "Hey" "Hi" and "Hello" are quite common. However, there is a rare voiceline in which Reaper says "What's happening". Reaper is not alone in this. Characters like Soldier 76 and Echo have rare hello voicelines too. I thought it'd be a fun extension to see who can get this rare Reaper voiceline the quickest!

Rules: 

• Game subtitles MUST be on at all times and set to everything (to prevent cheating). This can be found in Options->Accessibility->Subtitles

• All submissions should be done in the practice range so as not to disturb actual gameplay and discourage leaving matches

• Timer begins once you are fully loaded into the practice range at the hero select menu (to prevent hardware advantages)

• Timer ends once the "What's Happening" line is said in its entirety. NOT when the line is started

• All cosmetics (character/weapon skins, emotes, etc.) are allowed

• If "Too many messages" pops up in chat. The run is deemed a failure and must be restarted

• All run resets must exit and reload the practice range in its entirety (I.E. hitting escape, selecting "leave game" to get to the home screen, and then reselecting the practice range)

• Chatbox & subtitle box must be visible at all times with zero obstructions

• This is an individual run. All submission attempts must be made alone

• There is no movement, weapon, or ability restrictions. Walk around, shadowstep, and blast away to your hearts content

I will be upfront in saying this is an entirely RNG dependent speedrun. But I do feel like the run is quite quick in its format and has zero barrier for entry. Making this a perfect category for casuals and speedrunners alike to dive into.

(I'm sorry I totally didn't read the instructions on how to request a new category. I went off what a chatter was telling me and that kind of guided me through the process but we were both dead wrong lol)
