this run is pretty suboptimal
lost 6-12 seconds in spawn, 15~ seconds in 2nd point (cause we stopped and fought things before the heavy fight), and about 5-10 seconds in the final area. both heavy fights were pretty good though.
low 7 minute is definitely possible maybe sub 7
