Hi, I'm confused regarding where the OutRun 2 SP Arcade version times should be posted. There is an independent leaderboard for that game but seems to be abandoned and this one for C2C references the first one that I previously mentioned.

Is there a community consensus for where to post the runs for OR2SP Arcade?

If I am understanding correctly, the leaderboard you are looking for is the Outrun 2 SP Arcade leaderboard . It isn't abandoned, there are just less posts on that leaderboard since runners must be near an arcade that has the game and record their run in a public space. Most arcade games face this accessibility issue and have less activity because of that but if you look at the sidebar you'll see that game has had recent activity too.

Thanks for the information, truly appreciate it. I understand the limitation of the arcade but the rules for that leaderboard also states that the OR2SP is not only limited to the physical arcade, it's allowed to submit times for all the ORSP2 arcade ports (console, PC and emulation). That was my confusion as I thought that the C2C OR2SP arcade mode times could also be submitted here.

That leaderboard is mostly populated by players who use Teknoparrot. For 2006 C2C, you basically have to use the OR cars to be competitive and said OR cars are not in the normal Outrun 2SP. I've broken it down previously here:
