Just read the rules before you attempt a speedrun you intend to submit. Go ahead and speedrun what you want and how you want but if it doesn't follow the rules that the community set its not being accepted to this leaderboard.

Even though this is stupid that this thread exists and this is technicality pretty much, but acceptable proof of screenshots on lower tier runs is your best bet. Or just join the speedrunning discord and get a group.
