Better Outlast II Launcher

This launcher has pretty much everything you'll need to speedrun Outlast II.

• Has speedrunhelper with custom commands like freecam, tp to freecam, god mode, and of course F1-F4 checkpoints

• Can edit bindings easily for FPS changes and more

• Makes it easier to install and use old patch (it will sync your game files and everything)

• Allows you to play No CPK, Cutscene Skip, No stamina, and any combination of those

• Makes it easy to modify some of the game files change allowed by the rules

You need to install this program in your game folder for this to work.
