• Emulator is staying banned since the game is not stable for 60 fps and also runs 200% speed
• Theme is changed
• Timing method changed into RTA for the same reason as the first two games

Uploaded essential resource for PC players. Rules updated for PC players due to the starter package fix for PC port.
