I'd say at least 8 seconds could have been saved with the first two queens and when Kenny dies (two hits from Treeman were necessary), not to mention the biters when filling the cup with acid XD. It is still a very good run :). I think it could have been done in Hard with 3 extra seconds to take the shotgun ammo before the 3rd queen.
