So, now we have many kinds of categories, but haven't yet 100%. Not good. Today I threw away almost 2 hours of my life for find all mechanics which I can use in this game. 
But there's some questionable things which I can't include in rules by myself without community's opinion. So, in this thread I request your help.
Should this run include itself the things like collect all keys and all weapons which can be calculated without any random, save all people, read all books in game, unlock all doorlocks and kill all bosses? What about ammo, medkits? Should we collect them if we sure for 100% where they spawns, same question about enemies, what about them? Should we sanctify all reservoirs with water in static places, like in Main Yard or in room with the Beast, not in random rooms?

And one of main questions: can we use major glitches in this category?

I think all keys, all non-RNG weapons, save all, read all books, unlock all doors, kill all bosses, and sanctify all tubs is good for 100%, I don't think ammo or medkits, or kill all enemies is necessary. Also major glitches should be allowed in my opinion.
