I still don't know which trick he used back then but it looks like his 19 secs run in 1-1 level has been removed...
I don't think anymore he used a cheat, because when you start a new game, in the remake of the game, the boss start with just 15 of hp, so I think this may work in the original version.

Hello Folks!
With the release of the newest version of Nightmare Run we have updated the leaderboard to include the update as a subcategory. We felt like the game is similar enough to just categorise all the runs here.
