Regarding Restart Glitch

The "Restart Glitch" (performing a run up to a certain point then restarting, which can in some cases trigger a wrong warp ahead of your opponent) is now banned, in order to prevent the leaderboards becoming cluttered by 0.01s runs. (Thanks @Lerep)
FPS Limit and FPS Counters
As of August 11th, an FPS limit and FPS counter requirement have come into play. Runs from this point forward must not exceed 170fps and must have an fps counter. Any runs that break those two rules will be rejected.
