Question of DS-Addons HUD Skins for Time Trials
The game rules state that the HUD Skins for DS-Addons aren't permitted for use due to perceived advantages. Would this still cause run rejections for any run that does Time Trials under the Practice Mode or would that also not be allowed as a universal ruling?
