A few times, LeChuck hasn't sent me to the elevator when using 44668882 as random seed even when I didn't lose time during this part of the run. My theory so far is that it happens when you do everything fairly quickly, you pick up LeChuck during the first possible frame, and the text speed is not at its maximum (the second-highest value might be OK but the third-highest value is not). But it's just a theory. Does anyone know what's going on? Here's a LeChuck sending you to the wrong place video.

honestly, I don't know, I guess when it happens it's always the same wrong room right? If so the same rng calls are getting skipped, but yeah, everything I tried and found out about rng was done through brute forse and taking a look at the debug output of scummVM, I don't know the exact mechanisms behind it.

Never figured this one out either. My guess always was that it's one of the rolls happening on exactly the wrong frame, like when you are going through a door or exiting the no-spawn zone or something like that. But it's nothing more than a guess.

Maybe it only happens if LeChuck doesn't get to say "Hey, Guybrush!". That would explain why it's never happened to me with the maximum text speed. But, then again, it could also be a coincidence :).
