Welcome all new and returning PW runners, the boards are now open to submissions! ( They opened last week but I forgot to make an announcement :) )

additionally, here's a list of adjustments that the board has undergone

1. FENG+ and FENGS+ have been migrated back to the main board
2. Submissions on consoles will now override so only the fastest run is shown
3. The global rules have been updated to include "investigate the Supply Facility" turbo use
4. HDC and MC2 have been merged into one category
5. PC will be separated and will use an asl file created by hau5test that can be found here
6. PC full game will use a new timing method based off of this asl file that is exclusive to it
7. Rules about Transfarring were added to clarify its allowance
8. Rules about Illegal soldier creation and usage was added
9. Community rules on mods have been added. Patriot Fix and Cardboard Box retextures are tentatively allowed. All modification usage should be documented in any run submissions.
10. Over on the CE page, we have added a new Capcom% category for running all 8 Monster Hunter missions
