Master Collection (MC) Volume 2 Release is out!

This new release of Ghost Babel has added multiple new platforms to the game. It includes both an edited PAL ROM and JPN ROM. Here are the differences I am aware of:

• Versus Mode is removed (irrelevant for speedruns).
• Title normalized in all regions as Metal Gear: Ghost Babel.
• Macro functionality for certain menus. For example, you can press the codec button, instead of opening the menu and selecting codec.This is only relevant in the context of an RTA category. Therefore, further research is required for the Time Attack category for VR.
• Rewind Feature added. This is banned for all categories.

If any material changes exist in the ROM, such as HP value changes, damage values, added/removed resources, etc., then the board will likely be separated between GBC and Master Collection. Further research is required regarding IGT and lag to see how it compares to other methods of playing the original cartridge. Until then, the board will stay unified between cartridge, GBC emulation and MC.
