Speedrunning Meek Demo fast. Tips and Tricks DEMO

https://youtu.be/tX0RsB7Z3Rg This video will help a lot, although i am not the record holder.
Tutorial
At the start, jump and kick, then hit the ground and jump twice and kick. This setup makes you hit the first platform's top without stopping. Then land on the second platform and hold down to super jump. Move to the right and double jump, bounce off the wall and double jump back on. Preformed well, this should talk about 6 seconds. Jump onto the platform that tells you how to wall jump, jump again onto the L shape with the 2 walls. The walljump is difficult to explain so i will come back to it later. But when you finish that and dive onto a few more platforms you finished tutorial, at best in 11-13 seconds.
