Recently, Twitch has announced a delay on the implementation of the 100 hour highlight storage limit from April 19th to May 19th. While the original cutoff date of disallowing Twitch submissions to the leaderboards was on April 19, we will be moving the cutoff to match this delay. The community manager (CM) team still encourages all runners to find a more permanent means of storage such as YouTube uploads, but Twitch VoDs will remain as valid submissions to our boards until May 19.
See the official Twitch update for details: https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/video-on-demand?language=en_US
What a joke really? I spend 6 months grinding this game and I make sure my vod is available an you guys decide that's not a valid submission? How do you expect to grow a small community if you just booted 75% of you community. I am very disappointed and will never submit my what would be top 20 time to this garbage community.
You can connect a youtube channel on twitch by going to Settings>Connections>Youtube, then you can export your VoD directly to youtube by going to Creator Dashboard>Video Producer. Click the vertical "..." next to the video that has your run, then click Export and select your connected youtube account.
