We've made some changes to the time caps for game switching, which will affect both the base and CE MCMG leaderboards.

All excluded game switching times will be a consistent 45 seconds across all games and platforms. Before, we had different variables (such as 30 and 40 seconds) for different hardware and games that were being booted up. We now feel that it would be best to have one number in mind, rather than a bunch to make it less confusing.

We have also updated and specified certain allowed break times for those submitting multi-hour long speedruns. Starting with 3-hour submissions, players are allowed to take one, or multiple breaks that add up to a specified total break time threshold (which will vary as the speedrun length goes higher), in which is excluded from time without loads.
