Found this seed with my program while searching for all minerals seeds.
Might be 0.967 or 0.933, so it might need a retime to break the 1-second barrier, but I just said 1.000 because that's what the upper bound I think is (~frame 188 to frame 217 in video), but I could be wrong, because I think the camera snap that all worlds do when loading in makes it look like I moved earlier than I actually did.
