also idk about the diferences with discord but i can guess is because there is a diferent discord for that diferent language because of the absolute diference betwen english and variants latin languages vs chinese/korean/japanese languages
there isn't an official chinese minecraft speedrunning discord intended to represent the speedrun.com minecraft community, because speedrun.com is an english website
